The last version has a bug that makes it impossible to beat the game. The four digit code for the door is absent from the note, and the code from the previous versions isn't the correct code anymore.
The 4-digit code changes randomly each time you play, so the previous code is meaningless.
I ran into this bug when I played it tonight. Not sure what causes it, or if it happens every time, but changing the language to Korean before checking the note in the room with the beeping monitors will let you see the 4 digit code needed to finish the last puzzle.
Fixed this issue in V 1.0.6. Check it out.
Had a blast time playing it although wasn't able to finish it due to a bug perhaps ? on the last few puzzle which was the last room code, Nonetheless twas very interesting concept and gameplay- screamed left and right above all very fun! look forward to the full release

The code is present in the earlier versions. You can get it from the let's plays in the comments, but don't bother because it doesn't work anymore. I have the same issue as you. I guess it's a bug in the newest version.
Thought it was a dupe of Bloodwash at first but things definitely changed! Being longer than I expected I haven't finished it yet because of the 2 hour timeslot I allot this series.

Loved this game! Had a few issues with my game crashing, but the save feature was VERY handy for that. The voice acting was nice, story was interesting and overall gameplay was very engaging and forgiving to the player to make me want to finish the whole thing. Great work, I'll be looking out for what's next.
